Ads Manager

The screen where a change is decided.

Proposals, evidence, and history sit in one workspace, filtered to the seller profile you are working in.

Viewing and applying are separate permissions

One workspace, one seller context.

Every tab reads the seller profile you are working in, so the pending work and the data that explains it belong to the same business.

The Proposals tab in Ads Manager, keyword-family proposals with a subset of the columns: what is proposed and the reason behind it. Values shown are sample values, not customer data.

Ads Manager falls back to Proposals because reviewing pending work is the main job. Everything else in the workspace exists to make that review honest: the performance behind a suggestion, the search terms that produced it, and the record of what has already been applied.

  • Staged until something acts on itA proposal stays a suggestion until a member with apply permission acts on it, or until an enabled automation run delivers it.
  • Export when the work belongs elsewhereDecisions can leave as an export and still be marked as applied here.

What each tab is for.

Proposals

Suggested changes queue for review, each one carrying the findings and figures it was derived from. A person decides whether it should reach the connected account, exports it, or marks it as applied.

Performance

Advertising performance for the selected seller profile, date range, and products. This is the evidence layer behind a decision, not a separate reporting tool.

Search terms

Search term and keyword detail, so the query behind a cost is one tab away from the proposal that mentions it. The same filter controls as Performance, set per tab.

Change History

A dated record of what changed on the account, by campaign, ad group, keyword, change type, and source.

Campaign creation lives next door

Building new campaigns is a separate workspace, because creating something does not use the filters this review surface depends on.

Rules are inspected in Automation

When a change came from a rule, Automation is where that rule, its criteria, and its runs can be read.

Automation

Review your first proposals.

Connect an Amazon Ads account to a seller profile, then work through the queue with the evidence in the same place.
